Full Refunds
Items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, with some exceptions. A refund will be provided after we process your return item. It can take up to thirty (30) days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer. We issue the refund to the refund to the original payment method, note it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. See below Refund Times.
- To be eligible for a complete refund all items must be must be unopened from their original packaging and unworn. Additionally, items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
- Before shipping a return, it is advised that customers photograph the requested retuned item(s) for their personal record.
- If you have already received a refund and are expected to return the item, you can create a return request, via: contactus@girlsfish2.co
- Your requested return will not be processed if the item(s) is not sent back to Girls Fish 2.
- Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, it is advisable to obtain tracking information on the requested return.
Partial Refunds·
- Please note, that refunds will be reduced for returned items, such or signs of damage, missing parts, accessories, or manuals from the original packaging.
Restocking Fees·
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original form of payment on all returns.·
- For customers who reside in and have orders shipped to CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI, tax on restocking fees may apply to any of your return items.
Refund Timing
- Once Girls Fish 2 issues your refund, it takes additional time a financial institution to make funds available in your account.
